Hotel a Wairarapa

“Off street parking very easy. Hotel and room very nice. However the issues are a steep flight of stairs to get up to the first floor room. The shower is an overhead rain type over bath & not too good for older guests. The shower was difficult to get in and out of and the bath floor very slippery and quite risky for elderly guests. ”

“Good Lo. cation, close to the shops, Solway showgrounds, central. Parking outside unit, air condition was a bit noisy but works ok. It warmed up the unit ok. Staff friendly. TV worked ok. Beds comfortable.”

“We only stayed one night. The staff were friendly and ensured we were settled in. The room was clean, had all we needed and the bed was comfy. The only thing I found a tiny bit less than satisfactory was the shower. All in all, a great place to stay and not overpriced.”

“Camera comoda e abbastanza grande. buona pulizia. Cucina facilmente fruibile con attrezzatura per cucinare. Volendo nell'area esterna ci sono alcuni tavoli per mangiare, molto comodi quando è bel tempo. Non è molto vicino al centro ma in auto ci si arriva in pochi minuti. WiFi stabile e veloce.”

“We were so delightfully surprised by the class, cleanliness and communication of this beautiful hotel! Although we didn’t speak with anyone face to face - communication and instructions via a guest portal explained everything - and there were several ways to ‘get in touch’ with someone if we had needed to (email, phone number, QR codes. The shared areas were very clean and useful. The beds and rooms warm.”

“Staff were really helpful we weren't sure if we would make it before reception closed so I sent them a message they called me back with an alternative option. We did manage to get there in time & they checked if we had everything we needed”
