“Ideal location but booked the motel for the pool only to find that the pool was closed for refurbishment during our stay. No communication prior to arrival and when we asked about the pool at reception at check-in, we were told the opening times and the location on the property but not that it would be unavailable during the entirety of our stay. When we raised this, the staff were rude.”
