“The moquette haven't a good smell”

“We stayed for 2 days, it’s super cute, so convenient to be able to cook cook instead of going out. Room is good size, we had a beautiful Mountain View, the bed is lil on firm side if you like that, and the shower had nice hot water with great pressure! Would stay again for sure ”

“No housekeeping or housekeeper. Several disturbing visits unannounced by the live-in housekeeper asking personal questions and looking to gossip n challenge this customer's rights to privacy and refund. Fraudulently identification given for the purposes of money refunds n private information. Never asked if anything was needed on the room.”

“The Inn is very special and we definitely enjoyed staying in there. Although we did not have a chance to meet them in person, the host have been very responsive to our enquiries during our stay. There are some flaws which could be easily be corrected. The freshness of the breakfast food should be better monitored and the room does not have a hair dryer. May be also a good idea to have the small kitchen on the same floor as the dining tables.”

“This hotel has a fabulous location regarding Lake Winnipesaukee. I stayed there in March of 2025 and 2026 and both times paid a "resort fee" which consisted of nothing. The hotel staff were very nice. My room was clean, but run down. The furniture was scratched, gauged, and set up on blocks of wood. I will say the linens were clean, the amenities were so-so. “One of the best stays my husband and I have experienced in our entire lives. The property is beautiful, filled with life and history. It's incredibly cozy and comfortable, we both slept well. Breakfast was delicious and we didn't need lunch either day. Tippy is a lovely host cat with fluffy pantaloons and Sir Ellis, the delightful black and white cat, ensured that we never forgot where our room was. “Host seemed annoyed that we reserved through Expedia. There were only two couples staying in the place and she stuck us both upstairs next to each other. We asked if another room was available but she said that because we reserved through Expedia she couldn’t switch our room. Didn’t make much sense.
