“Good central location. We were shocked by the state of the entrance to the apartments from the street, not a good first impression. No lift so had to climb three floors of stairs with luggage but did have help offered to us which was nice. The apartment was small, darkly decorated in grey and quite disappointing. Some things missing in the kitchenette (no forks) and a broken glass so left a note. It was clean though and had a comfy bed. Furniture damaged and bedside light not working. Didn't...

“Pleasant enough hotel, no lift to second or third floor. Breakfast was ok, eggs on every dish not cooked very well..”

“Good selection at breakfast. Fast check in, very friendly and efficient staff. Clean and smart room.”

“Clean but dated room. Had trouble with noisy neighbours and the night porter tried to sort it but wasnt to be....however the manageress Gillian was great sorting a free replacement stay. ”
