Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room. Whether you`re exploring the local area, long beach walks, sharing meals on the deck in summer or warming up by the fire pit, you`ll find everything you need for a comfortable, stress-free coastal escape in a peaceful location.

Our home is designed to spend time with family and friends. The open-plan living spaces make it easy to spend time together, whether returning from a day at the beach or unwinding after exploring Wilsons prom.

Bedrooms
We have 4 spacious bedrooms that can accommodation up to 8 guests, with one queen bed, one double bed, two king single beds and one bunk bed. We have a limit of up to 6 adults as the bunk beds are not suited for adults.

All bedrooms have linen provided, doona, doona cover, top sheet, bottom sheet, pillows and blankets.

Each room has a built-in robe with the master bedroom having a walk-in robe.
We have a porta cot and high chair available if required.

Bathrooms
There are two bathrooms available. One main bathroom and one ensuite. The main bathroom has a bathtub, shower and basin with a separate toilet. The ensuite has a shower, toilet, basin. All bathrooms have Ecostore septic safe products (Shampoo, Conditioner, body wash, hand wash). Baby bath available for use.

One towel per person is provided, hand towels, face washers. Hairdryer and straightener available for use.

Living areas
We have two living areas. The main living area is open planned with access to the dining area and kitchen. Smart TV available in each living area. There is a 6 seat dining table and high chair available for use.
The second area is able to be closed off from the open dining area with TV, books, games and child play area.

You are welcome to log into any of your streaming services however please log out prior to check out.
Blue tooth speaker and USB/wireless charger available in living area.


Outdoor space
Verandah with 6 seater outdoor table and chairs, Weber BBQ and grassed outdoor area. Fire pit is also available for your use. We provide a small amount of pallet firewood however, you will need to bring your own wood for the fire pit for any prolonged use. Firepit not able to be used during total fire ban days.
We have car parking space for three to four cars and boat/s.

Kitchen
We have a fully equipped modern kitchen including walk in pantry with modern appliances including fridge, induction cook top, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, Pantry is stocked with basic staples for use. Tea towels and cleaning products provided.

Laundry facilities
Dryer and washing machine provided for your use. Iron, ironing board, pegs, washing line, clothes horse. Ecostore laundry detergent is provided.

Connection/Wifi
Stay connected with wireless internet via Starlink high-speed broadband.

Heating and cooling
Split system for heating and cooling in the main living area that can heat and cool the whole house. All Bedrooms have an oil heater for extra heating if required. Portable fans provided.


Guests will have access to the entire house with the exception of two locked cupboards which is where our cleaning and maintenance items are stored.

No Pets, Parties, bucks or hens stays permitted

There are no mains water connections in Walkerville so we use tank/rainwater and have a septic tank. We request guests conserve water where possible.

There is a Kiosk at the Walkerville camping ground that has takeaway food and some essential items for sale however, the nearest shop is the IGA at Tarwin Lower which is a 20 min drive from Walkerville.
