“Our stay was excellent at EMA. It's close to Zurich HB train station as well as the bus/tram stop. It's safe and quiet around the area. The receptionists were approachable and nice. The room was kept clean every day. I highly recommend this hotel. It has microwave, washer/dryer, kitchen utensils for cooking.”

“L’appartamento non era stato pulito prima del nostro arrivo, la mancanza in cucina della lavastoviglie si è fatta sentire durante il soggiorno, come anche la scomodità dei condizionatori vetusti e rumorosi, in ultimo anche le lenzuola e gli asciugamani che sono state portate (perché mancanti ) solamente il secondo giorno di permanenza anche dopo insistente sollecito. ”

“I stayed in this apartment for 3 nights for a business trip. Location is convenient as the apartment is only at 15 minutes walk from the main train station, moreover it’s very near the lake and surrounded by several restaurants. There are plenty of buses connecting the apartment with the city. Communication and check-in were faboulous, James was extremely quick in answering. Cleaningness: was ok on the first day at arrival, but the room was not cleaned after that, which I find a bit odd...

“James' Lowenplatz Apartment was the perfect place for our stay in Zurich. James was a fantastic host, very kind and responsive, and helped provide airport transportation for our group of 4. “Good location, good bathroom and structure. No elevator!!! Did not receive my entrance code and room number on the day I arrived and being it 9pm on Saturday before Christmas nobody replied from the place! The client service from Hotel.com was helpful. Thanks to somebody leaving the building I was able to get access and found a brochure of another location where someone finally picked up the phone and was able to send me the code! They would need a 24h call service for Vision Apartmens!!!! None...
