"Great staff and service throughout the stay. The location was very convenient and the hotel was generally quiet, allowing for good rest at night. Breakfast was definitely the highlight, with a wide variety and very good quality. The only downside was the room: it felt a bit dark and the bathroom tended to flood while taking a shower. Overall, still a very pleasant experience."

"Sono stata truffata! Ho pagato su Expedia 260 dollari e quando sono arrivata in hotel mi hanno prelevato il doppio perché dicono che ho parcheggiato all’interno del parking dell’hotel! Follia! Camere basic, rumorose e rapporto qualità prezzo folle! Mai più "

"La stanza carina ma per nulla insonorizzata la parete che separava dalla stanza vicina. La zona è complessivamente sicura,tenuto conto comunque che San Francisco è piena di persone sotto stupefacenti"

"I have been staying in this hotwl Many times and I have to say thats gone down. Check in was good, very gentle lady. Bedroom ok bed excellent barthrome old and backed, no shower cup, no comb, nothing but soap and toilet paper and air drier pretty dated. Breakfast was desappojnting… like una motel! No salmon, no shrimp no cheese.. just eggs bacon ham and potatoes. Service very unpleasant … lazy and not attentive. Waited long time for coffee amd water served by waiters that went around without attention. Too bad! Hotwl structure and location are very convenient!"

"Ottimo hotel situato in zona top per negozi, servizi, ristoranti e sicurezza. Attraverso la strada e sei al molo 39, da tornarci sicuramente! Ottimo il personale ed in special modo l’assistenza di PRINCE e’ stata decisiva anche perché parlava italiano e questo ci ha aiutato tanto!"
