“The location is great handy to transport,shopping and entertainment. We have stayed at this property on several occasions before and those times couldn't fault it. But this time the unit was clean, the fridge only had one shelf the others were missing. The doors on the fridge and dishwasher and kitchen cabinets damaged. Oven had no trays. It was like there had been a fight in the unit sometimes ago, a wall had holes that had roughly been patched. Almost like long term tentents use. Will for...

“We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Manha Auckland. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and everything was very well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Auckland!”

“We stayed at the hotel for a few hours before catching our next flight. The airport shuttle service was excellent quick, well-organized, and easy to find. The room, although small, was comfortable and suitable for a short stay. Unfortunately, we did notice some issues with cleanliness: there were traces of toothpaste and a few hairs in the bathroom, presumably from the previous guest. A bit more attention to cleaning, especially in the bathroom, would greatly improve the overall experience.”

“Un po' deluso dal trattamento molto distaccato e non orientato a tenere al centro dell'attenzione l'ospite... nessun upgrade proposto a differenza del cliente che ha fatto il check in a fianco a me, nessuna possibilità di accedere alla lounge per vedere gli aerei decollare e atterrare, nessun drink di benvenuto, inoltre la camera aveva un problema con lo scarico della doccia da cui risaliva rumore continuamente”

“Arrivo a Auckland alle 5 del mattino ho chiesto il giorno prima via mail se era possibile avere un early check in ma niente mi è stato risposto solo dopo le 2 pm Aspetto così 8 ore davanti alla reception Per poi darmi una lettera di benvenuto con la scritta che l hotel è disponibile per un early check in Ok ma se ti danno questa possibilità dopo che hai fatto check in che servizio è? All interno 2 drink in omaggio che visto l attesa eterna di 8 ore avrebbero potuto chiedermi prima se volevo...

“We stayed 1 night for waiting the flight of the day after. Staff was very professional and kind. The room was full furnished, clean and tidy. International Breakfast well served. Excellent the shuttle service to airport. Highly recommended.”

“We had a great quick overnight stop on our way home to Australia. The insurrections were really clear on how to enter the property after hours. The apartment was super clean and loved that it could fit out little family of 5. Also very much appreciated the complimentary shuttle to the airport in the morning. Would definitely stay here again on a stop over.”

“me and my partner were in bed and we heard knocking on the door both of us couldn’t be bothered getting up so we expected them to go away but the cleaning lady just opened up our door without our permission just to bring towels which she could have just left outside, i absolutely hated that cause what if we were naked or even having a intimacy moment that’s is just unacceptable we will not be going back there !!!!”
