“Everything was great. Even when one employee tried to deflect a situation between a couple for the well being of the other guests trying to sleep”

“Breakfast was okay, not to many options Toast, eggs, turkey sausage and waffle. The hotel can use some updating, towels were on the small size, tv service needs updating basic local channels no cable. Ample parking and staff was pleasant. Would I stay again? maybe but only for a night, not a long stay nor with kids LOL ”

“Hotel lobby was clean and bright. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast offered warm eggs and sausages along with make your own waffles. Plenty of parking that was well lit at night. Definitely would stay again!”

“The check-in staff was very kind, everything else was disappointing. All towels had holes in them, the furniture was mixed matched. All the "fixed" places on the walls wete very obvious. Definitely needs to be updated.”

“Se siete in viaggio per gli USA, passando per Shreveport, potete tranquillamente dormire al Travelodge. Si tratta di un motel vero e proprio con le camere che danno sul parcheggio delle auto. La nota negativa è che siete a ridosso della strada statale quindi si sente un po' di rumore anche la sera. I pregi sono sicuramente il prezzo e la pulizia. Nella sostanza buon rapporto qualitá prezzo per una sosta.”

“Can’t believe they charge $160/night for this location. It looks like it’s falling apart from the outside. The carpets are sticky and dirty. It’s a terrible musty smell in the entire place. I’m just overall disappointed with this Bonvoy location. I may have to switch back to Hilton. I couldn’t even shower cause it just did not appear clean. I would not recommend ”

“First of all, let me say that if you stay at this facility, you will have no staff on property at night to clean your room if you need cleaning,, when I arrived at this facility, first of all it was nothing like it was posted on Expedia. When I got my key went into the room. The rug was the first thing I noticed it was filthy all kind of stains on it I don’t know what it was. I advise my family not to walk on this carpet bare foot because I didn’t know what was on that carpet. It looked like...

“Stated on Expedia and on sheet posted at their front desk pets stay free. Front desk person tried to charge me 20 dollars and when I pointed out my pet was free he said he would drop it to 15. I walked out and said I would not stay at another studio 6. My husband went in and front desk person said he told me our dog was free. Got to room it was dirty. No coffee pot nothing on tub bottom to keep from slipping. No light bulbs in three of the lamps. Big space under door. No safety latch for door....

“The staff was truly incredible. The lady at the front desk was more than accommodating and so friendly! And she remembered us any time we walked by. The breakfast was really fresh and delicious. We had one of the newly renovated rooms and it was very nice. I love staying at Hampton Inn any town I visit. The only issue we had was when we got back to the hotel after the event we were staying for, there was no parking at all in our parking lot or the one next door. ”
