“I enjoyed the property, the food was good and accommodation was excellent and clean. I loved the art decor throughout the resort displaying Jamaica culture. The staff were friendly and attentive. The resort lacked night time entertainment. I would have loved to see beach parties and parties on the patio area. I would go back for a relaxing vacation. The ladies at the spa did an excellent job with the massages.”

“Hotel modesto situato su strada con accesso alla spiaggia gratuito ma non comprensivo di sdraio e ombrellone che erano a pagamento. Servizio decente con camera consegnata oltre l’orario previsto per il check in. Cattivo odore ovunque, cibo sufficiente ma mediocre. Troppo caro rispetto a quello che offrono strutture analoghe in Giamaica. Da non consigliare assolutamente.”

“It's a bit overpriced for what it is. The "partial ocean view" part is false advertising. There's no view of the ocean from the room I stayed in, but there was a very small beach right outside the gates. The area was also a little noisy because music was being blasted well past 10 p.m. on a Monday night which wasn't that bad, but then I woke up to a lot of banging fron 6 a.m. to about 8 a.m. There was also constant foot traffic and talking by my door around that time. “I booked the hotel for colleagues.. Upon passing by the hotel in route to somewhere else, prior to check in time, we could not believe the hotel was even open. The property was extremely unclean, piles of trash, abandoned vehicles etc. I could not let our guests stay there. WE NEVER CHECKED IN. I do not recommend staying at this hotel until they clean up the property.”

“Property is listed as a resort. It's not. They are rundown apartments renting as short term rentals. The apartment I was assigned badly needed up dating.. The place was stuck in the 1970s. All the furniture was old and looks like 'side walk"'trash from the 70s. The stove was the old coiled electric stove. The space wasn't designed properly. “never set foot on the property doesnt look anything like the pictures..grass was high need paint ect”

“The surprise in the name checks out. Surprise- no pool, surprise very dirty.. bathroom disgusting. Furniture dirty and disgusting. Not comfortable at all. Ants and knots all throughout the kitchen. Location horrible have to pay $60 to go to nearest store and no one delivered . ”

“The apartment itself was clean. The check in was easy. There is a man on the property who helps and gives you the keys. My first issue was the pool. The pool was out of order like not a drop of water in the pool. I was told “oh it will be ready next week”, which I wouldn’t be there for. I’m on vacation it’s my birthday, I filtered places with pools and boom I pay get there, and there is no pool ? Absolutely set my trip off completely wrong.
