“I come here often. Really no complaints. It's a bit old but the rooms seem to be upgraded. The staff are always kind and helpful. The only issue I had was that I was locked out of my room because something was wrong with the actual lock and not my key. So, that was a little bit of a hassle but nothing to stop me from coming there next time!”

“This hotel used to be much better. The mall that it sits atop is now totally deserted (no shops), so it’s a bit depressing. Hotel food is mediocre at best. Room was clean. Staff worked very hard and were very friendly and helpful. The location is great. Right above the Friendship Heights redline metro station.
