“Stayed for 2 nights for sabbath concert, check in pretty easy, room was nice, bed was comfy, thick pillows (maybe a little too thick but not an issue). Very close to bescot train station only a few min walk. We had food on first evening pizzas pricey but really nice. I ordered an 8inch, they ran out but rather than saying I couldn’t have it they sent out a 12inch for no extra charge which was good! Chips were horrible though. “Really lovely staff and the check in experience was very pleasant. The room was just about acceptable in terms of cleanliness but the toilet was not clean and still had used paper in it. The room and the surroundings were very tired and beyond worn in some places, especially the carpet on the stairs which was very dirty. As there was no breakfast, we could not comment on it. It’s such a shame because the setting is quite pleasant and it could be a lovely place to visit. ”

"In camera non è stato fatto il letto per il minore. Alla reception ci è stato dato l'occorrente, per il secondo letto, " elegantemente" infilato in un sacco nero dell'immondizia.
