This lake side property offers a home away from home feel. A stone’s throw from the waterfront of Lake Wanaka, this is the perfect getaway property for summer or winter holidays.
Enjoy the lakefront walking and cycling track on your door step.

Located up a quiet and private drive this property enjoys all day sunlight, a lovely open fire place for winter nights, an outdoor spa pool and fully equipped kitchen.
This large well-appointed property is comfortable and homely for all types of stays.

The Space:
Lake View offers 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 lounge areas. One lounge is located on the ground floor making family getaways easy with having separated entertaining areas.
An outdoor 4 person spa enjoys night sky views for start gazing or simply unwinding after a fun filled day in the area.
Sit around the large open fire in the main lounge and enjoy the crisp lake views of a Central Otago winter, or entertain on one of 2 large outdoor balconies capturing morning after afternoon sun.
With views out to the lake and Mt. Aspiring this property has breath-taking views in all seasons.

Great Stay with family

The property is spacious and allows for a large group to enjoy their stay in Wanaka. The house itself is as the pictures show, very clean and tidy. Great balcony’s to enjoy the view and follow the sunshine through the day. An easy walk down to town, very enjoyable.

Great spacious holiday house

Spacious clean house with great views of the mountains. Family loved the hot tub Nice to be able to walk along the lakefront to town.

Great location and house!

We had a fantastic time staying at this property in Wanaka. Big, clean and tidy house close to the lake with plenty of bedrooms and space for all. Two good sized bathrooms (although a third toilet would have suited our group). Clear and easy instructions from the property managers and quick responses to our questions. Beautiful gardens and a bonus spa pool which was very clean and easy to use. Highly recommend and would stay again. Thank you!
