“깨끗하고 아늑한 공간의 호텔이에요. 룸 크기는 작았지만 불편함 없었고 담배 냄새도 안나 쾌적하고 아늑해서 더 좋았어요. 짐 보관 서비스도 좋았고 지하 라운지에서 라면도 먹고 커피도 마실 수 있어 편리했어요. 프 론트 언니도 너무 친절했어서 기분 좋게 이용했네요. 다음날 성수역 가야했는데 교통편도 좋아서 위치상으로도 너무 만족스러웠습니다.
다음번에도 이 근처 온다면 또 이용하고 싶어요! ”

“There is a big sign outside that says ‘Grand Opening’. Not a chance, way too many things look worn and poorly maintained inside the room.
It was also clear that the housekeeping crew was doing the bare minimum. Twice they left behind dirty towels (ones they had used, not mine) and my sheets were not changed once in the entire 6 night stay (no signage indicating they have eco-friendly policies).
And, I found trash under the bed from a previous guest - there was a clear view of it from the...

“The family room was big and spacious. We had 4 people and there was still enough space to move around in the room. Really appreciated having the dining table in the room. We could buy food back to the room to have a nice dinner. Provision of the cutlery and microwave was also very helpful.
The breakfast spread was not very wide but the food was certainly delicious.
Overall a very pleasant stay. Thank you for a very memorable stay in Seoul.”
