“This is a top hotel in every regard. It is so refreshing to have the space and luxury compared to a lot of 5 star places which can be bright and shiny but smaller rooms and not as "opulent" as the Hyatt Canberra feels. This was a treat and I travel every week so if in Canberra.....DO IT!”

“Hotel distante dal centro. E' necessario un pullman per raggiungerlo , ma a 10 minuti a piedi dal Parlamento. Struttura ben arredata ma che lascia molto a desiderare per quanto riguarda pulizia; abbiamo dovuto chiamare housekeeping per togliere la polvere nella stanza sopra i quadri e sopra le lampadine delle abat-jour dove c'era uno strato di polvere che non veniva tolto forse da mesi, l'abbiamo fatto notare alla reception. “Parking was easy and secure. Location was good. The facilities were minimal and furnishings aged. The lighting was not good with kitchen, dining and lounge lights all on one switch. All on, or none. ”

“Parking is free which is great. We’ve stayed here quite a few times when visiting family for the night, this stay was our worst yet. We stayed in room 712 which is near the reception & there was an annoying noise all night that made it hard to sleep. Like a base sound, could have been a dryer maybe, but it wasn’t. Maybe outside air con units? Not sure. I investigated but couldn’t figure it out. The pillows were also awful mesh things. Breakfast was good though. Will probably still stay again,...

“First room overlooked construction site toilets, not pleasant. Then had issues with hot water, which came good 2 hours later. Rooms were nice, clean and tidy. ”

Spacious & comfortable, kitchen & bathroom dated. Kitchen good size though other than a few basic pieces of cutlery & crockery, you would need to bring your own stuff. No TV in main bedroom, would have liked a double PowerPoint on one side of the bed so as not to need to unplug lamp to plug in mobile. Walked to Manuka & Kingston shops as well as...
