“I didn't check the AC as it wasn't hot enough to be needed, pool not in operation as of yet, again too early to be desired. I was disappointed only that there wasn't any shampoo, and that there wasn't a smoke detector, otherwise I had no complaints. ”

“I called ahead to make sure that we would have a shower chair and two beds because i an traveling with my mom and we both have mobility issues so it's important to have a shower chair. I was told that all the handicapped rooms have s shower chair and they confirmed we booked a room with two beds. When we got there to check in, i was told that the only room with a shower chair is attached in the shower and that is in a room with one king bed. Thankfully we only stayed there for one night...

“Listen—I travel a lot, and this place actually gets it right. Holiday Inn Express & Suites Moses Lake by IHG is a straight-up 10/10. Rooms? Super nice, clean, and comfortable. “We traveled during the cooler months so we were unable to utilize the outside pool. The restaurant and breakfast here was fantastic making our stay super enjoyable and it was unnecessary to leave the property. My only con would be the bed was hard but I also know I prefer a very soft mattress. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Overall the property and staff were adequate. The property was clean and well maintained. However, there was just a very small thin blanket. I should have called down for more blankets, but felt it was strange to have such a small blanket. I just tuned up the heat. I also had a very hard time using the shower, it was not intuitive. I still give this property a 4 out of 5 stars, but keep these things in mind when staying there!”

“Stayed multiple times, consistently clean rooms and property. Friendly supportive staff. First and only choice when staying in Othello. ”

“Staff was friendly, although the young employer at check-in seemed a little lost overall, but he was pleasant. The pool was warm enough for me to happily join my kiddo no fewer than 3 times during our stay. Breakfast was varied and just what we needed. While I dont expect to return to Moses Lake soon, I would absolutely stay here again. Beds were fine, and sheets smelled predictably of bleach, which was the only downside - I'm sensitive to it at times.”

“il ragazzo coreano alla reception è stato molto gentile , ci ha fatto vedere e scegliere tra due camere , riforniti con una montagna di asciugamani . la struttura è un po da sistemare ma la pulizia, il giardino con una bela piscina e barbeque dopo un lungo viaggio sono un solievo. da non dimenticare la colazione abondante.”
