“Staff was really nice and it was very clean!!”

“They advertise a pool, but it is closed: drained and empty. The grounds are weedy and unkempt. The stairways and hallways are dirty. The room was clean, but there was a smudge (dirt, blood, feces?) on the bed spread that was obvious & should have been noticed by whoever cleans the rooms. Breakfast is abysmal. Housekeeping staff doesn’t speak English so it was difficult to covey what needed to be done regarding the dirty bed spread. Receptionist was friendly & helpful, however.”

“I usually have a good experience with comfort inn. But this one I wasn’t impressed with. I put in a request for a crib because it says they offered them and that they are pet friendly. Which is the whole reason I booked this one. They refused a crib because a previous guest had “stole one” and they acted scared of my little dogs who weigh 15lbs each soaking wet and approached the gentleman wagging their tails clearly happy. Not only that, but the hide a bed (since I couldn’t get a crib) I...

“The hotel was fine to stay at for the night and then move on. The only issue was the floor in the room. My wife wears socks to keep her feet warm. Within an hour her white socks were almost black on the bottoms. I realize the hotel is right next to the 4 wheeler trails but you would think someone would at least clean the floors.”

“The rooms were great. Wasn't impressed with the check in process. It's pretty bad when you can't have a human being there to check you in. It's like you don't care about your customers.”
