“Stared well but on the hottest day of the year the ac in the room was broken and the ceiling was stained i tried to use the pool to relax but there was an aqua aerobics class 😣 spoke to Mary on reception who was very kind and as they couldn’t fix the ac and my disappointment re the poo they moved me to a better room excellent customer service ”

“The hotel was impressive. Our bedroom and bathroom were quite small but very well designed and very comfortable. The continental breakfast was very basic and should at least have included some toast. We therefore ordered off the breakfast menu.”
