RIVERVIEW HEIGHTS Large / Small Group Accommodation

Grandi gruppi benvenuti in questa casa totalmente autonoma, ottima per le feste nuziali o per i vostri ospiti di nozze, celebrazioni familiari, club sportivi, l'elenco è infinito con una grande cucina completamente attrezzata con forno a microonde e lavastoviglie. Ha tre zone giorno, due al piano superiore e uno al piano inferiore, due delle aree viventi hanno grandi televisori a schermo con collegamento Austar, una camera matrimoniale con bagno (con vasca idromassaggio) e letto matrimoniale, più altri sette camere da letto, cinque con letti matrimoniali e due con letti singoli e tre pieghevole doppi divani size. Ci sono altri tre bagni tutti con box doccia / separata, zona giorno si aprono su zone ponte esposto a sud, con vista sul fiume, con barbecue e mobili da giardino. Al piano inferiore si trova anche un tavolo da biliardo da 3/4.
Fuori strada parcheggio per 4 auto. Si trova a pochi passi dal centro commerciale con caffetteria, grandi supermercati, edicola, ecc, ma è anche a pochi passi da Flying Horse Bar and Brewery.

We were a group of 12 friends. Easily accommodated all of us. Well equipped holiday home, good appliances, cooking equipment, kitchen utensils, kitchen ware etc were well stocked for our big group. Stay could have had been improved by a few more towels and toiletries. There were very thin towels - 1 each for 4 days. A small packet of very cheap soap for each person. There is no dryer in the property - a washing machine but no dryer so could not easily dry towels. In the kitchen there was one chux cloth for four days of 12 peoples dishes. Very poor. These were minor things but given the amount the property costs it seemed penny pinching to not supply a higher standard of toiletries and towels.

I new the area so location was great, we were a group of 12 guys so need that many beds and also room to move so we we’re not tripping over each other.Lots of different areas to move around in and plenty of extra facilities we hadn’t counted on.We had on little hiccup but was quickly sorted out by our Hostess Lorraine, nothing was to much trouble for her.Everyone commented on the House/size/amenities:/facilities in a positive way.For big groups or multiple families it’s a great home.Good Time.Co Rob

Fantastic week with 11 adults. Super comfortable house, lots of rooms, very well stocked with everything you need. Gorgeous river views from the balconys. Highly recommen. Worth the cost!

I was impressed the the amenities, room sizes, and living areas. Our stay was made all the better with just how comfortable the space was. The calming riverside view allowed for some gorgeous sunrises and sunsets too We loved our time here.

The property was as described and as the photos indicated. Lots of room, great kitchen with essentials provided. Unfortunately the dishwasher hose sprung a leak and our kitchen was flooded. However, we were home at the time and managed, with our bath towels to prevent water leaving the kitchen area. We contacted Lorraine who sent out a plumber and an electrician, as one down stairs light fitting had water issues. Unfortunately the dishwasher was not able to be fixed right away so it was all hands on deck for dish duties. One thing that could be improved on is if the BBQ was on the same level as the kitchen. We had to take all our food downstairs to the BBQ then back upstairs to the dining room.

Riverside Heights was the perfect location for a 50th birthday family celebration. The home comfortably housed 14 people. The photos don't do it justice! The huge downstairs living area was a welcomed surprise, with plenty of couches and the pool table was a hit!

We enjoyed our stay at Lorraine's house. She was very accomodating and her place was complete of stuff we needed to use (steamer, microwave, high chairs and cot). It was a hassle free experience plus the location of her place was beautiful, the view is epic. Looking forward to book this accom again

Great house. Terrific for large groups or family’s. House is very clean and spacious with lots of different areas. Some furniture is getting a bit old and some blinds need repairs but overall a terrific place for a few days fun with friends or family

Wonderful!. We had 9 people and one guide dog. Plenty of room for gathering and separate spaces. Host communication was lovely and helpful. Great spot, peaceful setting. Possibly the only suggestion would be a larger or additional fridge, otherwise we could not fault it!! 5 stars!

Beautiful house ,with stunning views ,close to shops ect . 14 adults and 4 children . Family christmas reunion . Lorraine very helpful (the host ). Kitchen well stocked for large groups. Lots of room for everone . We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay .lots of great things to do for kids and adults in warnambool . We were amazed at the friendliness of all the local people . It was months in the planning, a weekend away from the kids, some time to relax and regroup. This home was the perfect location to do this. We cooked up a storm, watched the kangaroos and cows graze the fields as we ate our breakfast and the rooms were all welcoming and comfortable. Thank you Lorraine
