“1. The staff person was sleeping and thought it was morning but it was actually evening. 2. I do not think the room was cleaned ever. Everything is dirty and disgusting. 3. No towels and would not think it would be properly cleaned..”

He said there were no such rooms available and gave me a double room which I did not need charged me nearly $20 more after taxes. “Stayed at this hotel because the reviews were promising. When I arrived, the building was a little run down and the man behind the counter was nice and inviting, however I had to ask for my room to be switched 4 times as the family above me room had their kids just running around and banging making noise. he kept saying he called to let them know to be quiet, but he in fact never did. I slept a total of 3 hours the whole night because of the kids. the next day when the receptionist was changed...

“We got a suite, which was big and had a fully functional kitchen. I really liked the space. However there was a jackhammer going from 8:00 in the morning until 4:00 pm every day. And there was no escaping it -- you could also hear it while at the pool. When I talked to the manager, he apologized and offered to refund part of my stay. I never got the refund. We stayed for 3 nights, paid top dollar for a suite, and it was pretty miserable.”

“I came up to visit the water park on the 3rd. We got stuck in the storm. Waterpark shut down , and the electricity at the motel and surrounding areas were all out of service”

“We had a wonderful time staying at the Lego hotel! My 5 year old had A BLAST!! Honestly, legoland was super fun but the hotel seemed to be the bigger hit! The only thing I didn’t really like was that the rooms have no phone or a way to contact staff if needed. It was kind of hard to locate anyone to help during the night when neighbors were super loud at 11 pm. Other than that, it was a great stay for kids!”
