“Ero già stata in questo hotel nell'estate di due anni fa e l'ho scelto di nuovo perchè mi ero trovata molto bene, soprattutto per il confort e la grandezza della camera. Questa volta , invece, non ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative. Camera piccola, un po' fatiscente con un impianto di riscaldamento guasto perchè per tutte e tre le notti che vi ho soggiornato ho sofferto fortrmente il caldo, pur essendoci 10 gradi esterni. “Room was clean but very dated however for what we paid we can't really complain. Parking is free in onsite car park you just need to enter registration number at reception. We meet family for a meal, menu typical pub food but all perfectly acceptable and staff very pleasant. Walled outside seating area which was nice for having a drink as weather was warm. The hotel is on the high street so be aware that you will experience some traffic noise especially if your room is at the front. ”

“Most things were excellent except for the booking system. The hotel website had a phone number but no email! When the phone number was called we were asked what we wanted before being referred to just 1 of 2 options, with no chance of talking to a person. The phone would continue ringing for a little while before timing out. We were given no chance of leaving a message or to ask for a call back. We had to cancel our original booking in order to rebook using a different 3rd party website...
