“I stayed here exactly 2 years ago for about the same amount of time(5 days/4 nights) and back then it was 5 stars. This stay was definitely not up to par. The breakfast was ok, when it was even out there!!! Most of the time, there was none of the food that my son and i normally get, either they need to better regulate how much people take, or restock all of the food better!!!”

“Breakfast buffet was great. Meal options at the various restaurants on property were nice as well. James Grille was not taking anymore guests 1.5 hours before closing one evening, and we were turned away, which was disappointing. Rooms are clean Staff were pleasant and helpful at all times. Location is close to major attractions. Overall excellent property. ”

“Had to ask on day 3 for someone to bring clean towels and empty trash. That was the only day the room was serviced. Our room smelled like a wet dog. The staff was very nice. I dont know if they lack in staff but there hospitality part is lacking severely!”
