“Check-in was slow, there is no airflow in the lodge itself. Very hot. I verified before leaving the desk I was a top floor room, they respond yes and I got to the room….bottom floor. Had to go back and get new room. The front desk person was VERY kind and polite. I got a new room. Problem is it was a VERY old room that desperately needs a refresh and smelled musty.
