“Staff was really nice and helpful. However, I rented a two queen bed suite, but unfortunately, they had to move us to a one queen with a pullout sofa. The queen bed wasn’t so bad but the sofa bed was a complete joke. The mattress pad was so filthy we had to take it off. The mattress was so worn out there was just no padding left in . The couch was just completely worn out stained even had dry blood on the cushions. I can’t believe they can’t even replace the mattress pad in the pullout sofa bed....
