SHORT-TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT
All guests are required to sign our Short-Term Rental Agreement upon booking.
It includes key details such as check-in/out times, house rules, and stay guidelines.
Guests must be 22 years of age or older to make a reservation.
You agree to adhere to all house rules when booking this home. Please read them carefully.
NOISE POLICY
There is a city noise ordinance that prohibits loud noises after 10 PM.
Our property is located in a quiet residential area with long-time residents, including families with kids and seniors who are sensitive to noise.
Violation of this ordinance may result in:
- Local authorities being called
- Immediate guest removal by security with no refund

Outdoor quiet hours: 9 PM – 8 AM
PARTIES & GATHERINGS
No events, parties, or large gatherings allowed
No loud music
Filming or photoshoots require Host approval
Minimum fine: $500
NO SMOKING
No smoking, vaping, or marijuana use indoors, including burning incense, sage, or any smoke-based substances. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. All cigarette butts must be properly disposed of. Evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $500 fine. No exceptions.
GUEST POLICY
No extra or overnight guests.
We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if more guests are present than booked.
EARLY/LATE CHECK-IN REQUESTS
Requests are subject to booking calendar availability. Complimentary for check-ins/check-outs within 1 hour
$50 cleaning fee applies for 2+ hour early check-ins or late check-outs
Please note: Same-day back-to-back bookings may limit our ability to accommodate these requests. Thank you for understanding!
PETS
Dogs under 50 lbs allowed (up to 2 total)
Pet fee: $100 per pet, per stay
No cats allowed
Please keep pets off beds and furniture, must be crated if left alone in the house
FIREPLACE
If the gas fireplace remote is lost or damaged, a $300 fee will be assessed for replacement.
GRILL: We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement.
