Questa casa chic urbana è stata recentemente rinnovata e vicino a tutte le località turistiche che vieni a visitare a Washington.
• 8 minuti ai ristoranti Barrack's Row.
• 10 minuti dal National Mall e dai monumenti.
• 11 minuti dal Museo afroamericano.
Dopo una giornata trascorsa visitando i luoghi d'interesse, passa una serata divertente giocando a air hockey o uno dei tanti giochi nelle aree comuni.
Perfetto per grandi vacanze in famiglia, vacanza con ragazze e viaggiatori d'affari. C'è anche un parcheggio fuori strada gratuito per 3-4 auto !!!!Questa casa a schiera su 3 livelli ha 4 camere da letto e 3 bagni, uno per ogni livello. Può ospitare comodamente fino a 17 persone.

Primo livello: quando entri nella porta principale, entri in uno spazio soleggiato, caldo e invitante, con una pianta aperta. La cucina è progettata con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, ripiani in granito, tutte le dotazioni per un soggiorno confortevole, tra cui caffettiera e bollitore. Troverai anche pentole, padelle, teglie, spezie e tutte le stoviglie e gli utensili necessari. Il tavolo della sala da pranzo può ospitare fino a 8 persone. Il soggiorno anteriore è un luogo accogliente e ben illuminato con un divano componibile da cui puoi goderti la smart TV da 50 pollici per un po 'di relax e relax. Oppure divertiti a giocare a air hockey o ai tanti giochi da tavolo. Un bagno completo completa l'area di intrattenimento. Appena fuori dalla porta della cucina, sul portico posteriore c'è una grande griglia.

Livello seminterrato: scendendo le scale ti imbatterai in un caratteristico spazio ufficio dotato di scrivania e sedia. Dietro l'angolo c'è un angolo lettura con una panchina prima di raggiungere la zona notte e l'intrattenimento. Ci sono 3 letti a castello con un letto singolo nella parte superiore e un futon full size nella parte inferiore. Questi futon possono rimanere in posizione verticale per guardare la smart TV da 50 pollici o reclinarsi per dormire di più. Questa zona è perfetta per viaggiare con un folto gruppo di bambini. Su questo piano si trova anche un bagno completo con giochi per bambini.

Livello superiore: su una scala dal primo piano si trovano tre camere da letto. La prima camera da letto ha un letto a castello con 2 letti singoli. La seconda camera ha due letti matrimoniali con comodi materassi pillow top. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale, un divano in pelle con pouf e una smart TV da 50 pollici. Un altro bagno completo completa il livello superiore.

Se sei mai stato a Washington, sai come il parcheggio è un premio. Non preoccuparti di parcheggio di zona, limiti di tempo e biglietti di parcheggio, c'è un parcheggio fuori strada gratuito per 2-3 auto, a seconda delle dimensioni.

First Time in DC

The unit was clean, plenty of space for aFamily of 10. National monuments short drive away. Neighbors friendly. Would definitely recommend this stay for anyone looking for stay in DC area. Quick responses from owner when notified.

Short Uber rides and plenty of room!

My friend and I wanted a place close to DC sites that could fit all 5 of our boys and provide a home base for 3 days in DC. Our house was perfect and even bigger than we expected! We didn’t know the area so when we were at the house we stayed inside but with 5 rowdy boys 7-9 yearsold there was plenty of room to keep them entertained. They loved the basement with 3 bunk beds! Shani was quick to answer messages and was so kind!

Incredible place!!

This house fit all of our needs! There was seven of us traveling for Spring Break…three adults and four kids (15,13,10,10). The bedrooms were fantastic, and I loved that we were able to put the kids and their stuff in the basement.The location was perfect for us…we felt very safe, the neighborhood was quiet, and we were right next to an elementary school. Just a few blocks from the bus stop we used daily. We also took Ubers a few times with no issues! We had groceries delivered, so we had everything we needed. The park down the street was an added bonus! Thank you!!

Family Holiday

The property was perfect for our large family to celebrate Thanksgiving and tour the D.C. area. The open kitchen and living room had plenty of spcae for socializing and cooking. The kids room downstairs allowed them to do what they do. The Bus station(s) were easy to get to. Perfect property for my family's holiday.

Great place, Not the best neighborhood

We had a great stay. The place was clean and perfect and Shanti was very responsive. The only complaint I have is the location. Wasn't the safest neighborhood and sometimes our ubers would cancel because of it.

Exceeded our expectations

I stayed at this home for a week with my two adult children, three teens and three younger boys. The house was larger than depicted in the photos. The layout was great, offering plenty of space to gather as a family, while also providing plenty of room for people to break off in smaller groups or private areas. The location was also perfect- right outside downtown. We felt safe, it was clean, and we would definitely return to this home.

Spacious home

Great for large families or groups especially with children. Property has three levels with the kids enjoying the basement that was equipped with plenty of sleeping spaces and room for playing.

Good house -- bad location

Updated house, comfortable and clean, except for the dirty and stained carpet on the uneven stairs. The issue was location. The ad didn't show any exterior photos, or we certainly would've given this listing a pass. We didn't feel safe in the run-down neighborhood with trash everywhere. We were harassed getting off the bus at night, and walked together in a pack as quickly as we could to the house. We heard gunshots at night -- the owner claimed they were firecrackers. I know the difference between firecrackers and handguns. If you want to see DC, stay closer to the city center. Southeast DC isn't a safe area.

4th of July Holiday stay

The property is located in a mature neighborhood that includes adequate off the street parking; nearby neighbors were quiet but friendly. It easily accomidated 11 adults and provided easy access (5 miles) from all the main attractions.

Great for large families

Location was good, 3 min walk to bus stop, short bus ride to Potomac Metro station. Off street parking is a huge plus, but was tight for 2 mid-size SUV. Plenty of hot water for 8 people to take back to back showers. Host was excellent!! Only complaints is we had 8 people and 7 forks and found the 8th fork in the bottom of the dish washer on the 2nd to last day. Several dishes were dirty when we got there, we ran them through the dish washer. We traveled 2 families of 4. We eat breakfast and dinner at the house daily and packed lunches for DC daily. Downer is kitchen items. Would love to see a toaster there and more dishes, pots, pans, silverware etc. We managed but would have been nice to toast our bagels. I would stay there again. Location was pretty good, neighborhood was not bad, lots of litter but we felt safe and off street parking was a huge plus. Overall our family would give this house an 8/10.

Girls weekend out

We enjoyed your stay. Had a great time with my friends. I wish we could’ve had wi fi on the third floor but it was all good. We talked a lot. Shani the bed on the third floor squeaks so we stayed in the basement. Just wanted to let you know.Everything else was great. Loved the location close to the museum. Thanks for everything.

Great for large groups!

Shani was a wonderful hostess. The house was very large and we felt we had plenty of space to spread out. It is very close to all the things DC has to offer! My only word of caution would be that if you plan to do a lot of cooking for a large group you might find it a little difficult here. The kitchen equipment and space are just a little sparse. Fine for light cooking for a small group though!

A lovely house for a big get together

We loved our time at this place. It was spacious, sleeps 10 to 12 individuals easily, is clean and with 3 bathrooms, getting ready for the day is a breeze. The host is very responsive and helpful. The whole stay was comfortable and fun

Great house for large group visiting the city!

Disappointed

This property was not nice as depicted in photos. The place had a stench, the carpet was very dirty and the neighborhood was a dump. We did not stay there and no one did right by refunding our money. The parking was inadequate as well. I would not recommend this property, nor VRBO to anyone else ever. I am still working to get my money back. Regretful and disappointed.

Great Location and Accommodation for Kids

We enjoyed our stay here and found it great for a group with a lot of kids. Good location with all of our tour destinations very close by, and our own parking space included. Lots of kids beds (bunkbeds), games and air hockey table, and plenty of TVs, with not a lot of breakable knicknacks. The host was helpful and responded quickly. She did let us know in advance that the basement can get moist and we would need to empty the dehumidifier, and there were fans in the upstairs rooms to help with the summer heat.

Close to everything

This property was rented for my me, my two sisters and our families. There was plenty of room for us and we were able to sightsee in the day and play games at night without being too crowded. The location was amazing and central to everything that we wanted to see. Communication with Shani was top notch and she was super quick to get back with us to answer any questions and give us tips on things to see locally and transportation/parking. Would definitely stay here again, we had an amazing time.

Family Birthday Celebration

We went to Maryland/DC area to celebrate my brother's 70th birthday. What made the experience so great was Shani's home. It was perfect because it was spacious enough for all the family, sisters, brothers, and nieces and nephews to enjoy each other. Close to the birthday venue, stores, and attractions. The experience was awesome!! The owner Shani was really only a phone call away. It's now on my home away from home list.
