No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Since this is a non-smoking unit, if our cleaners smell smoke odor after check-out, we'll need to conduct deep cleaning. Smoking inside of the unit will result in a fine of $1000.

No Pets: Pets are not allowed unless previously arranged with the host.

No Parties or Events: Unauthorized parties or events are prohibited. Unauthorized events will result in a $1000 per night fine.

Quiet Hours: Maintain quiet hours between 11 PM and 7AM to respect neighbors.

Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed is 6.

The basement area houses a separate private unit and is off-limits to guests. We kindly ask all guests to respect this boundary and refrain from attempting to access this area.

Please be mindful that there are neighbors on either side of the home & that there may be a guest in the apartment below. Please be sure respect the designated quiet hours of 11 pm to 7 am.
