Se sei qui per lavoro o per vacanza, non c'è posto migliore! Vicinissimo ai Monumenti, ai Musei, al Centro Commerciale e alla Casa Bianca, l'appartamento ha un imbattibile "walkcore" di 97. Per coloro che preferiscono il transito della metropolitana è abbondante e super accessibile.

Il nostro bellissimo e conveniente appartamento con una camera da letto è l'ideale per viaggiatori d'affari, single, coppie o piccole famiglie in vacanza nella speranza di controllare DC dalla loro lista dei desideri! Completo di tutti i comfort, gli ospiti devono solo portarsi e troveranno tutto a portata di mano. Siamo in grado di ospitare comodamente 4 persone nel letto matrimoniale nella camera da letto principale (con il proprio bagno privato) e nel divano letto super comodo nello spazio abitativo. C'è anche un Pac Nd Play per chi viaggia con i più piccoli. Dormi bene in questo spazio dal design accattivante con tocchi di design.

La zona giorno è spaziosa e rilassante, chiacchierare con un caffè al bar per la colazione in cucina, o godersi un bicchiere di vino nella vetrata e le persone guardano appagati. Nei mesi più freddi il camino a gas è perfetto per rilassarsi e distendersi dopo una lunga giornata di visite turistiche!

C'è una grande SmartTV, con accesso al cavo COMPLETO e canali premium. La TV è inoltre dotata di Netflix, nonché di YouTube e Pandora.

La cucina è grande per le dimensioni dell'appartamento, quindi le persone a cui piace cucinare una tempesta apprezzeranno lo spazio e l'enorme isola. Il commerciante Joe è a soli 8 minuti a piedi a piedi, quindi una rapida pop-up per le forniture è conveniente. Lovely apartment conveniently located

We were in town to visit our brand-new grandson, so the location was perfect for us to visit easily. Pros: Convenient location on lovely tree-lined street. There were many places to eat within easy walking distance. Very well-equipped and spacious kitchen area. Comfortable bedroom (a little tight but still nice) and very comfy bed. Plenty of towels and bathroom items, including a hair dryer. Reliable wi-fi. Walkable neighborhood. Effective and accurate communication for check-in/check-out. Gracious host.Cons: Steps to the front door are loose in places, and it is a little unsteady going down. Some of the furniture is a little worn and probably could use a good cleaning or even replacement. The floor going into the kitchen is a bit of a trip hazard. You can hear the upstairs neighbor moving around periodically. Overall, we would stay at this location again.

Great stay in super location.

The apartment was clean and well equipped. It was very convenient to Metro and bus stops. The neighborhood offers an excellent selection of restaurants and grocery stores all within walking distance. Communication with the owner was excellent- quick responses.

The place was well-cleaned and usable. We paid for a late hour until noon, but the cleaner knocked on the door at 10:00 and did not understand a word of English when I tried to explain that we had paid for the extra hours. My wife and I exited withing 20 minutes.

Great stay at good price!

Stayed for a week to see the sights around DC. The apartment was clean, quiet, and close to Trader Joe's, restaurants, and the best coffee we've had on a trip (the Coffee Bar is just a short walk away). Was a very pleasant stay!

The location was great, we used the metro and bus the whole trip with ease. Both were very close by. Self check in is fast and easy. Bed was comfortable. Head to the whole foods to get your basics; there was only instant coffee, not for me! Would recommend.

First time in DC

The apartment was very nicely appointed and clean. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. We had a few small issues and Charlotte was quick to respond. Be aware the one bathroom is attached to the bedroom. If you have additional guests using the pull out sofa, they must walk through the bedroom to access the bathroom. The apartment is walkable to pretty much everything. However, the walk can be anywhere from 1.5 miles to almost 4 miles (Jefferson Memorial) to your destination NOT including the walk back. You also need to account for all the walking that you do when you get to your destination, including back to the apartment. There were 3 of us and we took an Uber to our destination in the morning ($12-20) spent the day sightseeing, ate dinner, and walked back to the apartment. We walked anywhere from 4-6 miles a day 5 days in a row. Probably not practical with small children or those not capable of walking long distances and being on your feet for most of the day. Trader Joe's is a 0.4 mile walk. If you like ice cream, Jeni's Homemade Ice cream is across the street from Trader Joe's. We parked our car on the street right outside the apartment and never moved it for 6 days!

Wonderful location and stay

We enjoyed the lower level apartment immensely … five minute walk (if that) to the metro station … both bed and sofa bed were comfortable and the kitchen was very nice … close walk to Trader Joe’s for fridge stocking … bathroom and shower both clean and nice … We did have a slight issue with millipedes (slow crawling insects about an inch or so long) … we would see four to five a day making their slow trek across the floors but we left them alone and they left us alone :) … we just had to be mindful of where we were stepping at times … We would stay here again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend the place to anyone needing a spot to stay in Washing DC :)

Charming and comfortable

Clean and updated downstairs apartment in a friendly neighborhood. Very close to metro, restaurants and shopping. We were able to enjoy all of the major sights in DC and return to our quiet retreat.

Great spot close to the metro

We enjoyed our DC trip immensely. This apartment is only a three minute walk to the U Street Metro stop on the green line, making it very convenient for getting around the city. The apartment was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed. We had some trouble with adjusting the heat, but received a prompt response and assistance from the host.

Great spot from which to explore DC!

The apartment was perfect for our needs. It was clean, spacious and in a great part of the city. We were able to walk or take public transportation to monuments, museums and the zoo. Charlotte gave us great advise on making those necessary reservations. Communication about the reservation were timely and professional. Stay here!

The Best VRBO Experience EVER!

This was the best VRBO experience we've had in the past 4 years. Our check-in process was easy and quick. Charlotte was super helpful in getting us a parking pass for on-street parking. Thankfully we had no issue finding a space directly across from the apartment. The apartment was even better than it looked in the photos. It felt like home. We walked to Trader Joe's the first night and bought food to cook at the apartment. Can we just talk about the high-quality cookware? It was better than what I have at home. The had spices on hand and even Sleepy Time tea for the evening on hand. The other nights we walked 2-3 blocks (not far) and had our pick off dozens of wonderful restaurants to choose from. We recommend trying Supra (a Georgia restaurant) not far from the apartment. Delicious food and wine..great service too. The location of the apartment to the Metro station made accessing all the museums and landmarks a breeze. I would recommend this apartment to anyone 10 out of 10.
