You will have exclusive access to the basement suite only, offering a private and peaceful setting. Please note that the upstairs of the home is occupied by another resident, ensuring privacy and a quiet atmosphere during your stay.

Other things to note
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! We have sensors that can detect smoke in the suite. Any smoking evidence will result in a $500 fee. for Oder removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture steam cleaning and aeration. You are more the welcome to smoke outside in any designated smoking areas.

★PLEASE WASH DISHES/ REMOVE TRASH EACH NIGHT ★
Please do not leave any left over food out or dirty dishes in the sink over night. Please wash your dishes or load them in the dishwasher (if applicable). Also please remember to empty the trash each night. You can place your trash bags inside of the designated trash disposal areas outside of your suite. If you need more trash bags please feel free to contact me. Also please make sure to close the lids on tight and tie up any trash bags.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Any unauthorized parties or events will result in an immediate cancellation and $1000 fine.

Please note that unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee of $100 per hour.

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

If you need any additional information, please do not hesitate to ask. We will contact you a few days before your arrival to make sure that everything is okay on your side, and give you some additional instructions for a smooth check-in.
