No Parties or Events: This home is located in a residential area, and parties are strictly prohibited.

No Smoking: Smoking inside the house is not allowed. Guests who violate this rule will incur an additional cleaning fee.

Pets: Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at this time.

Security: For the safety of guests and the neighborhood, security cameras are installed at the exterior entrances of the property.

Trash & Recycling: Please follow local guidelines for trash disposal. Instructions will be provided in the welcome guide.

Check-out Procedures: Before checking out, kindly return furniture to its original place, dispose of trash, and lock all doors.
