Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the whole apartment. You will have your own entrance and private access with sound separation however, please be mindful of neighbors in this historic residential neighborhood knowing that noise can travel.

This home offers unparalleled access to DC's vibrant music and dining scene. Just a 4-minute walk to the Shaw-Howard University Station (Yellow and Green lines) and with convenient bus access (70/79) directly to the National Mall, exploring the city is effortless.
The location is truly the epicenter of DC's social life. Within walking distance, you can catch a show at the historic Howard Theater or the famous 930 Club. A short stroll in either direction leads to popular spots like Right Proper Brew Pub, Shaw Tavern, Bistro Boehm, and the Shaw Library, along with an abundance of coffee houses, fitness centers, and exciting pop-up venues.
