“We loved our stay, everything was clean our room was very spacious and breakfast was delicious the cooks made sure there was food at all times but most importantly it was worm and areas where being cleaned constantly. Staff- Thank you for all you do. ”

“The room was reasonably clean but shabby with discolored carpeting and no blankets for the bed. My wife got cold at night. Bathroom was nicest part of room as remodeled more recently than elsewhere. Dodgy clientele near us with some late night arguments and door banging. ”

“Our room in OYO Hotel in St. Helen's, OR, was very basic. It was clean and the beds were adequate. The floor had paint spills all over it and the walls had some holes and peeling paint. There was a large refrigerator. The staff member at check-in was VERY nice and funny. Unfortunately, he had to ask everyone for a CASH damage deposit since their system for holding deposits was not working with credit cards. We did not have the amount he was asking for, but he accepted $40. We thought this...

“We liked it cause we could park in front of our room but it’s a very small and tight fit to be able to do that.”

“On my first night’s day, I had a majorsugar ant issue in the bathroom, I then reported it and the lady said she would be right up the past the buck onto the next coworker coming on shift and she came up and sprayed and left a trap for them, but by the time that all got taken care of they were already had tracked on my clothes going into the rest of the room and I find them crawling on me. I should’ve asked for an upgrade or a discount with having to deal with them for the three days I was there.”
