“Felt like home, was very comfortable. Bed was comfortable, plenty of space.”

“We did not use the hot tub, but the house was wonderful and suited our needs wonderfully. It was clean and waiting for us when we arrived; everything was just as was shone in the pictures or stated online. We would use it again if we need another place to stay. It would be a great place for overflow if many relatives or friends were all in Omaha for the weekend and you need more space.”

“Ruben was very helpful and always responded quickly. We had no issues with our stay and it was very close to the zoo which was nice. The house is cute and cozy. It does get pretty hot, but we were able to turn the temperature down and there are fans available so we were very comfortable.”

The home was clean, with bathrooms that looked newly renovated and nice LVP flooring throughout the main floor that appeared new. Everything was well-maintained and comfortable. “we had plenty to do but the issues were with the toilet which did get fixed, but also the upstairs shower was constantly dripping. I did not tell the girls this, but I did see a mouse skitter across the floor in the kitchen and run under the stove. You need to get on top of that issue. Also, please stock the kitchen with a few more things like foil for instance. I do also think you should maybe invest in some plastic cups if you don't want to add to the glasses or mugs. “None of the kitchen appliances had any power. There was a large burn mark on the refrigerator. Contacted the host who had us flip breakers and nothing fixed the issue. Host said they would refund us half and this has not been done nor have they had any communication with us since. We spent money on groceries as well as food delivery because we could not cook the food we had.
