Appartamenti a Watertown

“Charles was super responsive and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Also the shower head great water pressure :-)”

“This is part of a charming farmhouse. It is modern, clean, well-appointed and comfortable with some special touches thrown in, like a pitcher of fresh cream and a bowl of eggs in the refrigerator, along with a loaf of freshly baked bread on the counter (and a half gallon of vanilla bean ice cream in the freezer that I didn't see until the last night!). The bed and sheets were extremely comfortable, great shower and there were enough books and games for any taste. It's well located near some...

“Clean rooms. Friendly host”

“Pros: had a wonderful stay at this location. Close to everything-restaurants, shopping, 3 miles from exit 15 on I-84. Very comfortable and large space, really comfortable bed. As my stay was over 30 days, I wanted a full kitchen and I got that. Property management very responsive and helpful!Cons: air conditioners were still in the windows allowing frigid air in. Once they were finally removed it became immediately warmer. Partly my fault for not asking sooner. Also, not enough towels for...

“Pro Unit very clean, check in was easy and host was responsive to issues 24/7.Unit is large with new appliances in full kitchen. It is located in a beautiful rural area of CT. I highly recommend it”

“Everything about Jefferson House was perfect. It was located in a beautiful part of Connecticut adjoining a state park. The house was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped and had a large island for dining. The bed, pillows and living room furnishings were very comfortable. The house was well up-to-date with two TVs, a charging device with multiple cords, a double oven (!), and countless thoughtful touches. I cannot recommend it highly enough!”

“There were minor cleaning issues in the bathroom, and my only/biggest complaint is the listing is misleading as it says you have no neighbors but the space is physically attached to a larger house and the driveway and entry/exit doors for both units open into the same small space. Additionally the front door has a large glass window with no curtains so you have absolutely no privacy. This is a direct conflict with the listing and I did bring this up to the landlord. That being said the location...

“I didn’t realize there’s no cable/smart tv”

“I discovered fleas or some type of small, flying insects in and on the bed linens after feeling itchy when I tried to fall asleep. Since I couldn’t sleep with bugs, my friend and I had to pack up very late in the evening and go elsewhere. The hosts came to the apartment before we left and tried first to say we must have opened a window and let in the bugs. Then they said it was just nature. We said sorry, but we can’t sleep with bugs. The host issued only a partial refund. This was a total...

“It was great!”

“The house was perfect. We came in for my son’s wedding and had family staying from all over- Canada, Arkansas and Florida. The house worked out perfect. All the rooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. There is a bit of a steep staircase to enter the house which can be tricky for the elderly but completely doable. I would definitely rent this property again if needed.”

“Great location close to Warner Theater and downtown. Extremely easy to check in, even at night in the dark. Rooms were clean, beds were soft and comfy, everything smelled fresh and clean.”

“This property was very clean and comfortable; a nicely remodeled apartment in an older home. We had family members staying in one of the other apartments, so it was great to have them so close, but still had privacy. The location is conveniently located with plenty of restaurants nearby, and a short drive to fowntown dining and shops. Karl was an excellent host, griendly and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Felt like coming home. Moved out of state 20 yrs ago. ”

“Good communication. Clean place in good location. Would stay again. ”

“Very clean and comfortable with easy communication with host I recommend this unit to all who want to visit Wallingford or who desire to take the train to ny or Boston etc”

“Very private, rural spot. Immaculate, thoughtfully furnished, lacking nothing”
