Waterfront Quiet Cottage

Sfuggire allo stress della vita di tutti i giorni prenotando questo splendido cottage sul lungomare. Situato a soli 4 km da Wautoma, questo hotel molto riservato, silenzioso e situato sulla splendida White River Millpond vi farà rilassare in pochissimo tempo.
In estate godetevi il fondo limpido e sabbioso del lago. Il lago no wake da 60 acri è perfetto per la pesca, il kayak o semplicemente per rilassarsi.
In inverno, praticare la pesca sul ghiaccio o sciare sul Nordic Mountain.
La proprietà è arredata, tutti gli asciugamani, lenzuola e stoviglie sono forniti. Inoltre, gli affittuari avranno accesso al molo, una griglia a gas e una buca per il fuoco, l'uso di una canoa o 2 kayak. C'è una piccola collezione di giochi da tavolo, film e un lettore Blu-ray per il tuo divertimento.
Guida in Wautoma per un po 'di piacere alimentare. Numerose opzioni per la cena, il Silvercryst Supper Club, il ristorante italiano Christiano o il Moose Inn, o il dessert a Milty WIlty o Dairy Queen.

We enjoyed the lake, the water temp in the 50’s but my group swam daily. Fire pit was nice and wood provided. In town for a wedding, the property worked out well.

Great getaway

As in the past, this is a clean relaxing lake house on a small quiet lake. Everything you need is provided! We did miss not having the peddle boat this year but enjoyed the kayaking and fishing from the pier!

A wonderful Wautoma stay!

We had a wonderful stay with our daughter, son-in-law and grandson in Wautoma at this beautiful VRBO. It was central to a few day trips but we also just enjoyed being together and hanging out in the water( especially our 3 year old grandson- he said the water was his favorite part if the trip). We are already talking about returning next summer.

Spent the weekend here for my daughter’s wedding located nearby in Coloma. The cottage was amazing and so clean! Very nice and quiet location. We wish we could have spent more time there but the wedding kept us pretty busy. Will definitely be back when we can enjoy it more!

Absolute magical!

There is something absolutely magical about this property and it’s host! On our prior trip to this property, as its very first guests, we absolutely fell in love with it. Our family experienced one of the best family vacations that we could ever hope for. This year we were extremely lucky to have the opportunity to experience that again. From the moment that we pulled in the driveway to the very last seconds of our stay, it was absolutely wonderful. It simply felt like coming home. This may sound weird but for me personally, since I love to cook, one of my tests for any property are the conditions of the pots/pans and cooking utilities. Unfortunately, we have run into this issue several times with other properties where we had to find and travel to a store just to buy a useable pot and/or a pan just to cook. However, this property had everything that we could need and more…. plenty of everything! The house, the yard, the patio, to the dock…..everything was very clean, comfortable, and in working order. I wish we had something negative to share but the truth of the matter is that we don’t! Other than mother nature raining on us a couple of days, everything was completely perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay or a better host than Beth! She is absolutely the best host that we have ever had the pleasure of working with (several times now)!!!! If you are considering this property, stop thinking about it and just do it. I would highly recommend it

Loved this quiet house on a lovely lake

We had such a lovely week at this property. The house was comfortable with a nice kitchen, cozy living room, and great views of the lake. We spent many hours relaxing on the patio watching the birds and made ample use of the kayaks. The lake was quiet and calm, with minimal boat traffic and no wakes. Paddling in the evening was magical - we watched bald eagles and osprey fishing and identified over a dozen different kinds of birds. Loved the views of the sunset from the bench on the pier, and really appreciated the tip from the host on pizza delivery from a local restaurant. (We worked up an appetite with all that paddling). All around we had a great stay.
