Located directly on the peaceful shores of Porters Lake, this upscale lakefront home blends comfort with the easy rhythm of lake life. Porters Lake is a large, scenic freshwater lake spanning over 1,200 acres, offering plenty of open water while still feeling calm and uncrowded. It’s ideal for swimming, paddling, fishing, and quiet time on the water.

The home offers approximately 2,000 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space and comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. There are three bedrooms, including a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a bunk room with four queen-size bunks. Each bedroom includes a smart TV, ceiling fan, phone charging station, room-darkening shades, and a sound machine to support restful, uninterrupted sleep.

Two full bathrooms are fully stocked with plush towels and premium toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup washcloths, and a blow dryer, making it easy to settle in without overpacking.

The fully equipped kitchen is designed for shared meals and relaxed mornings. It features modern appliances, a gas stove with a built-in air fryer, and generous prep space. A dedicated coffee bar includes a dual coffee maker, French press, and a starter supply of coffee, teas, and syrups. A waffle station with mix and toppings is also provided and is a guest favorite.

The main living room offers a large, comfortable sectional for gathering, while the bright sunroom provides additional seating, a pull-out sofa, and a game table with peaceful lake views. Bluetooth speakers are available so you can enjoy music throughout the home.

Downstairs, the game room offers entertainment for all ages, including pool, foosball, ping pong, shuffleboard, Pac-Man arcade, air hockey, giant Connect 4, and ring toss. An electric fireplace and large smart TV make it a cozy space for movie nights and winding down together.

For guests who enjoy staying active, the converted garage fitness room includes free weights, a cable machine, an exercise bike, and yoga mats.

Families traveling with little ones will appreciate the baby-friendly setup designed to make packing easier. The home includes a portable crib with sheets and blankets, a changing pad, baby bath, high chair, stroller, and a selection of toys to help younger guests feel comfortable and at home.

Sunrise Vista is also pet friendly. We know fur babies are part of the family and deserve a vacation too. A pet fee applies, and we ask that guests review the house rules to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.

Outdoor living is where Sunrise Vista truly shines. Guests enjoy private lake access with a dedicated pier that’s perfect for swimming, fishing, or simply sitting with your feet in the water. Porters Lake is known for recreational fishing, with species such as bass, bluegills, crappies, and northern pike commonly found in the lake. A large lily pad is provided for floating and relaxing on the water during warmer months.

Evenings can be spent gathered around the firepit, with firewood provided, or enjoying meals outdoors using the propane grill and flat-top grill. Hammocks offer a peaceful place to unwind, and bird feeders around the property make this a favorite spot for birdwatchers. The hot tub is available year-round, offering a relaxing way to end the day in any season.

Seasonal lake amenities, including kayaks, paddleboards, a pedal boat, and the lily pad, are available from late April through October, weather permitting.
