“I loved this hotel. A+ staff. Rooms were bigger than any other I'd stayed in in London. Yes, It's not in downtown London, but if you walk 10 minutes you're at the Elizabeth Line that takes you right in. OH and the Elizabeth Line runs all the way to the airport. This was a great find!”

“Conoscevamo la struttura perché siamo stati diverse volte nello stesso Hotel dal 2014 fino al 2020, ma in questo ultimo soggiorno ho notato un peggioramento: la struttura non è aggiornata e gli anni si sentono; contrariamente a quanto accadeva prima la pulizia non è impeccabile infatti sebbene avessimo chiesto di rifare giornalmente la stanza le pulizie sono state eseguite solo una volta in 3 giorni; la posizione è sicuramente comoda per la vicinanza con i mezzi di trasporto e con il centro. “We had a great stay overall. We had a twin bed room — the room was a bit small overall still really nice aesthetically. Air conditioning was a bit hard to manage as it wouldn’t drop when we adjusted it before bed leading to waking up in night sweats since the only bedding they provide was comforters. Il check-in può risultare un poco lento, ma nulla di drammatico La stanza (nella parte dell'hotel) è enorme e pulita e ben arredata. “On arrival we checked in and were given the key card to our room. However it didn’t work so we had to go all the way back to reception and were then told that there was a glitch and none of the cards were working! A member of staff then accompanied us to back to our room to let us in. I know that isn’t their fault, but they could have told us when we arrived and accompanied us in the first place.
