“Comforters were paper thin and one of them had what looked like cigarette burn holes in it ”

“Not impressed with the breakfast and can hear in the hallway people stomping. Bed were uncomfortable ”

“I would never ever stay here again. There were holes in the wall. The room was extremely dirty. They only turn the heat on in the pool if you give them notice ahead of time... and after seeing the condition of the rooms I wouldn't trust the pool. Our room even included exposed wiring! We took one look and checked back out. Expedia helped us get refunded but the hotel would not refund the first night even though we didn't stay. It was an epic fail. Avoid!”

“Mud in elevator & hall near lobby - otherwise very clean. Nice pool & hot tub. Easy parking. ”

“Albergo pessimo stanze vecchie, mobili scorticati, cucina in camera non allestita, chieste pentole per cucinare ma non avevano nemmeno posate e bicchieri. Letti rifatti disordinatamente, una mattina non li hanno nemmeno rifatti. Colazione scarsa e cattiva”

“Room was clean, pool clean. All around wonderful place staff so friendly. My family and I have stayed at many hotels this hotel has been the best. Definitely be back. ”

“I would like to commend your staff for their excellent service. However, I found that the breakfast menu could have been better, and while the rooms were clean, they would benefit from some upgrades. Additionally, the parking situation was a bit tight, though manageable.”

“I arrived and the staff was NOT friendly at all throughout my stay of 2 nights. Walked past several employees with no acknowledgment, when I went to check out she did not ask how my stay was nor did she say “good morning”. Dinner was horrible, they were out of several menu items and the burnt our baked potatoes. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone and will definitely not stay myself. Hampton Inn would have been a better choice.”

“Garbage cans in lobby were overflowing. Nothing available for breakfast. Hot tub not working.”

“Saturday was bagels and muffins.no hot food staff member was unable to come in. Sunday was awesome had waffles and croissant with egg delicious. She kept the place neat and well stocked on Sunday morning. ”

“Used towels hanging on back of door when I first arrived, bedside table lamp did not work, holes in wall not patched properly in bathroom, comforter had stains on it and was dirty in spots. Best thing was front desk person was very friendly and nice. Continental breakfast - we (residents) ALL shared one gallon of milk for coffee and cereal”
