Hotel a Wayne

“Front desk staff was friendly. Room clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. Pool was small which was ok, kids still swam. What’s around…Brewery next door closes 6pm. Might be open til 8pm Fri-Sat. Keuka creamery for ice cream was good as could walk across street thru parking lots or just drive to it. Stayed 1 night. Close drive to Depot park small swim area opens 11am. Champlin park close too but lifeguard said rec swimming 9-1pm. Both had small swim areas on keuka lake with lifeguards.”

“No toilet paper or Kleenex!! Toilet seat wasn’t fastened down!! Sink would not drain properly!! Refrigerator would not close needed to be defrosted!! Would not plan on staying there again!!”

“The view from the balcony of our lakefront room was lovely. Unfortunately the balcony had not been cleaned - a few pieces of trash but the a/c unit about 6” from the chairs were covered in bugs. Hard to keep it clean with the nearby water but this was there when we arrived. The room was recently renovated and was lovely. We liked the location and had a great time in the area. We ate at the restaurant the last evening and enjoyed our food.”

“Non posso dare un giudizio positivo per questa struttura. Sono riuscita a fare il check in automatico solo perchè sono arrivata presso la struttura prima delle ore 16.00 e ho trovato una dipendente che mi ha dato i dati per l'ingresso. Mi è sembrato di capire che fosse necessario avere un telefono con numero americano per poter ricevere il messaggio per accedere. Questo non era specificato al momento della prenotazione. Quando finalmente riesco ad entrare nella camera mi accorgo che è presente...

“Il motel era discreto considerando il prezzo purtroppo a noi è stata assegnata una stanza nel seminterrato dove c'era odore di muffa e i vetri erano sporchissimi. Le stanze ai piani superiori sembravano migliori.”

“La struttura nel complesso è carina ma secondo me non vale i soldi spesi. Colazione praticamente inesistente (nonostante l'ìnsegna reciti "Continental Breakfast")solo caffè e merendine confezionate. Spazio all'esterno molto carino e Watkins Glen raggiungibile in 3 minuti di auto.Buona la piscina con anche asciugamani a disposizione. Basterebbe migliorare la colazione per dare un valore aggiunto.”

“Great view from the deck. 3 fire pits. Staff was helpful what little there was. The bar tender was a one women show serving the bar, waiting tables in the restaurant and taking orders. The cleaning people for the rooms never even showed up one day to provide towels and We had to call for towels at 5 pm at night. The people that fid show up to work were very good but way under staffed.”
