“Ok, I was thrilled with this property for the first bit of time.
Clean and well organized. Super friendly desk check in!!! He was very kind helpful and empathetic to me being very worn out from traveling.
The room was nice.
But when I woke up in the night and felt something crawling on me. Ants! Not just a couple of random just got in ants. A trail of ants.
My issue is that I don’t feel these were some rogue group of ants wondering in. I shook them from the blankets and off the bed. But no...

“First, the front desk supervisor was not overly friendly. She spoke to us quickly in a rather harsh tone. Going up the room, we wondered if the elevator would make it. Then, once in our room, we found the shade broken, which prevented any light from entering the room. We asked to be moved to another room, and the front desk supervisor said that wasn't possible given our reservation. Really?
