“Room was gross. Very overpriced for what you get. Door stuck and I had to ram it to open/close. Room 127 to be exact. Chair had a massive gross stain on the seat, so not usable. All surfaces had dirty wipe marks. Bathroom was clean but water never got hot in shower, it was lukewarm at best. I slept and showered and got out as soon as I could. I hope new owners make BIG changes to correct these major flaws with the property.”

For the premium price tag we paid over an Iowa Hawkeyes game weekend, this stay was a huge disappointment and nowhere near worth the money.
Pros
Comfortable Beds: The one real highlight was the bedding, the mattress and pillows were genuinely comfortable and made for a decent night’s sleep.
Standard Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast spread was decent, offering standard hotel fare to get the day started.
Cons
Outdated & Worn Down: The property is really showing its age....

“I always enjoy staying at Fairfield Inns. My room this trip was very clean but the facial tissues were like rough! Breakfast was not up to the usual standards! Juice machine was broken, no fresh fruit, and the hot breakfast was late coming out and coffee pots were empty”

“The fitness room was in disrepair. The 2 elliptical were unsteady and unsafe. The AC wasn't working. I had to get maintenance to fix parts of the universal so I could use it. And just on the side, it was really inconvenient to have the coffee maker out near the front desk a whole room's distance from where the breakfast was placed.”
