“we would never go back after being greeted by an AI kiosk in the registration. area to check in that was awful we asked to be checked in by a person. the desk person had zero idea about the area or any restaurants to recommend. he was clueless. the rooms were nice inside. the outside was old and shabby and cigarette butts but with lots of flowers. we would never go back.”

“There were kids that kept running in the hallway. I heard them from my room downstairs. And the parents didn't do anything about it and there were wet footprints by the elevator and inside it. I am definitely not coming back to this hotel and I paid a hundred bucks when I checked in. Total ripoff. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“Expedia needs to update this properties availability. There is NO RESTAURANT, BAR OR BUFFETT BREAKFAST on site. The inside smells stale. The rooms with a balcony are in the facility! You have to request a outdoor balcony. The facility needs a lot of TLC! The outside needs TLC. The grassy area is half grass half dirt with weeds. The building needs a desperate re-paint. There is no help available with your luggage. The beach is approximately 50×50ft. No water tours or boats. The lake is beautiful...
