“Due to the storms it was not a good sleep very loud. Staff were helpful that I was able to do a later check out.”

“Checked in with my wife the ac unit did not work it was about 80 degrees in our room and smelled like wet laundry asked to be moved to another room and staff sent a repair person to our room instead and he was there for about 30 min and didn’t get to fix the ac unit “this was at about 10pm after traveling since 4 am” we were forced to sleep in the room we were in until the next morning where we decided to check out and move to another hotel and that’s when the morning staff offered us a new room...

“The room is large, clean and AC is quite and effective. In addition, the room had special shades, blinds, to keep the room dark at morning hours, this worked great for me.”

“This is a very convenient location to downtown. The property is a somewhat updated building but offers minimal amenities. Our room had only fair heating, the bathroom door did not stay closed, windows had been fully open, storm windows were ineffective for the windy weather and an electrical outlet located near the bed was missing a cover, posing a possible hazard. Staff were friendly. Parking is off street.”

“Our stay here was terrible. The room didn’t look or feel like it had been thoroughly cleaned. The sink was disgusting with stains and black mildew. We chose a non-smoking room, but the room still had an odor. Also, the bedding had cigarette burns in them. It doesn’t appear that they launder their linens separately, which isn’t good for guests who are sensitive to smoke. The walls were paper thin, and we could hear everything going on in the adjacent rooms. We had to call the front desk to ask if...
