“Found parking garage easily. No problem parking a Honda CRV in the garage. Very convenient location to TD Coliseum(attending Hatsune Miku Concert)…less than 5 min walk. We had a wonderful overnight stay. We definitely plan to stay at this hotel anytime we are in Hamilton.”

“Check in was a breeze and the registration desk was decorated in the theme of the concert that was in town. That was fun :) There were cookies on the counter, and supper and breakfast were included. Everything was clean and in good repair. We will definitely stay here again!”

“The room was clean and seemed recently updated which was nice. We were in a two bed room. Both beds were very comfortable but one moved and squeaked. Front desk staff was great, breakfast was good and parking lot was also recently paved so no annoying divots or pot holes. My only real complaint was the heating/cooling system. It’s an older unit that was a bit loud. (I’m a light sleeper.) I didn’t bother complaining to the front desk because I doubt they could do anything about it. If they...

“Stayed in the Beasley room for the night and it was exactly what we needed. Located in a lovely heritage building, the room and house is full of character. Super comfy and clean, both the room and common areas were very well kept. There are multiple well stocked washrooms and the kitchen looked recently installed or renovated. The staff was present, kind, and helpful. Would come back in a heartbeat!”

“The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was hot with good selection and very fresh. Unfortunately the hotel does not have an elevator and this was a big issue for 2 seniors, one with knee problems. I didn't see anything on the website saying no elevator. I just assumed there would be one for a 2-story hotel. The website should make this clear. ”
