It was very close to the mountain for skiing. (And parking at the Jordan lift made it almost as easy as ski-in/ski-out access). We also spent lots of time just enjoying the house, sitting by the fire, playing cribbage and just relaxing (especially nice after a day on the slopes). Our dog (a Corgi) also loved the house...
