“Felt unsafe, floors looked cleaned but actually dirty Moon, front desk friendly but very young girls hanging out in corridor”

“The air conditioner made a horrible noise therefore hard to sleep.”

“Room good as appeared recently renovated but few areas damaged by prior occupants such as tile at edge of bathroom door. Outside, neither vending machine worked and all washers / dryers out of order.”

“No iron in the room no drawers whatsoever. Clean. I was asleep and the front desk clerk called my room and asked that I come pay a bill for the restaurant next door because I left without paying. Never been there in my life. She allowed the waitress to look through the driver's license in file and they concluded it was me. When I went to the front desk the waitress instantly knew it wasn't me. My grow is why was a third party allowed to see my private information. That has to be against the law....

“I stayed for 3 nights and house keeping never came. When I asked at the front desk the lady told me they only come every few days when you stay for an extended time. At the very least house keeping can come take out the trash and restock the in room coffee. The room trash cans are so small you put one leftover container in the trash and it’s full. Breakfast had such a small selection and it was the same items every time. The staff was friendly though. ”

“Bare bones property. Very uncomfortable bedding, electrical outlets in bathroom and kitchenette didn't work, no Kleenex, no hair dryer. Entire facility has LVP flooring which gives it a very cold and bare look. ”

“It was peaceful with lots of food options around. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable.”

“Super wonderful staff, easy check in, good pick up spot for the concert, good location, fantastic head cleaning/room service lady. Didn't have breakfast there, but had a good set up for that. ”
