Stay was good. The motel was reasonably clean, pretty much had what we required for a couple nights, bed was firm but reasonably comfortable, clean bedding, shower was decent, hot & decent pressure. Kitchenette included the essentials. Close enough to the train station for walking.
Negatives- the reception at the motel is all closed up with signs to collect the key down the road, slightly confusing. Sky tv 50+ channels is advertised online plus on their reception building but its blacked out on their entry gate signs, our room only had very basic tv channels. The cafe, bar and room service also advertised on their website seems to be non existent and google suggests its closed down. Website seems to need updating to reflect all of this. When arriving at the motel it looks kind of dingey from the outside, reception closed up, rubbish in the gardens- looks as though its going to reflect the bad reviews, however the room itself is ok. Rooms are slightly tired with bits of missing paint chips, cracks etc. But overall a good stay, it served our purpose of a low cost roof & bed while we spent most of our time out exploring the city. Id stay again
