“So let me start with a positive. It is a very clean hotel at least by 2026 standards unfortunately but it felt clean. Very no nonsense hotel elevator reeks of marijuana and the fire alarm went off at 4:44 AM on my first night there for some reason they just said we’ll fix it. “AC is the one olds in the wall, everything was cracked or rusted, pictures do NOT match the hotel. Pool is extremely small and dirty, windows were busted open on the second floor, breakfast was horrible, work out room had 4 machines.”

“Very clean great stay!”

“The room was nice and accomodating. I found it surprising, however, that the room only had two USB ports in the entire room, and those were on the wall directly between the two beds...not very accomodating for someone needing to use a computer at the table. Additionally, of those two USB ports, only one was working; the other was clearly damaged and you couldn't even plug a USB device into the port. When I mentioned this to the front desk, I was told, "I didn't think those even worked. I guess...

“Overall stay was okay. It was our anniversary but we were unable to rest because the bed was so uncomfortable and hard. Also didn’t realize housekeeping only came every other day.”

“The property looked like it needs some TLC. It didn't look like a Hyatt. The room itself was nice, and the cleaning staff did a great job keeping it clean. The amenities were nice as well. No matter how much you clean it, the carpets in the room and the corridor need to be replaced. The breakfast was nice and fresh, the staff were friendly and polite.”

“Air conditioning woke me up every time it ran. What I liked about the hotel is management gave the housekeeping staff the day off to celebrate Father’s Day.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. Breakfast had a good variety of options, and we appreciated having a kitchen in the room, which made our stay even more convenient. The pool was clean and enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!”
