“Ottima struttura curata e pulita. Camere molto spaziose e gradevoli. Unica pecca, forse, il volume un po’ troppo alto della musica delle parti comuni che si sente di notte in camera”

“I most likely would not pick this hotel again. The door did not automatically lock when we left the room and we didn't realize left it open while we were out. Reported it and said they had some issues with some doors and would address it. The faucet in bathroom sink was loose and moved around. The towels were more like hand towels not bath towels (needed a few just to dry off). The common areas were not that clean. Very surprised for a Hyatt to be a little run down like this.”

“The property is under construction and we were not notified of this when we booked. We couldn’t find the front lobby. We drove around the place twice. The actual front desk is a fold up table down one hallway…There was dust and work equipment everywhere. There was no support on trying to connect with the Wi-Fi. For what we paid for the room it was a very big disappointment.”

“The hotel was clean and comfortable all the amenities we expected. The only sour note was the breakfast we had purchased as part of our stay. The breakfast was a Starbucks concession inside the hotel that provided a cup of coffee and a bagel or muffin. My husband ate a banana and was told he owed a dollar! The second morning the staff member was very unpleasant and informed us that we were only entitled to breakfast for one person not two! We went out for breakfast. The third morning (Nov...

“The brrakfast was fine..basic. there is only 1 ice machine on the first floor. The pool is nice but getting old.. staff was great. Woukd be nice if they had a patio area”

“The hot tub and the pool which is why we booked looked nothing at all like the pictures the hot tub was green/brown at best the pool was a lighter shade but they both were very low on water the hot tub jets didn’t work. Our sink and shower had hair in it and the mid day front desk woman was cold and bothered at best. She was a bit rude about towels.The gentleman that checked us in was wonderful as well as the overnight woman.”

“I had a frustrating experience during my stay that came down to a basic service failure. My room included a pull-out sofa, but when I requested an extra comforter so it could actually be used as a bed, the staff refused. Their reasoning was that they “didn’t know” the hotel had pull-out sofas. That response was surprising and unprofessional. A pull-out sofa is clearly intended as a sleeping space, and providing appropriate bedding should be standard. Instead, I was left without a practical way...

“everything overall was fine, however, i just did not feel safe. i was in a first floor room, right by the lobby, facing the train tracks. i heard random banging and saw people just sitting in cars or walking around the parking lot. ”

“Rooms were not cleaned at all. The second room we stayed in there was pubic hair all over the bed still. We had to take a lint roller to it. The first room the door didn’t close right and there was a hole in the door that let all the cold air in. The bathroom door in the first room was missing the handle couldn’t shut it all the way or there was no getting it back open. Staff was okay tho they were willing to work with me to accommodate my pet. ”

“Do not stay here despite the cheap rates. The pics were probably when they first opened. Its absolutely the worse property I have ever stayed in. Its like they don't even try to clean the room. ”
