“Well kept home perfect to plan a family get away at Crystal Mountain. A short walk (1/2 mile) from the front door of the cabin to the main ski lifts and all the resort has to offer. We found the home was well stocked, laid out nicely to accommodate 10 people. The VACASA system worked nice on communicating what we needed for check in, check out, directions, and rules”

“When staying at a VRBO property the check in instructions are sent thru the VRBO platform and my email. I couldn't find our check in instructions on the VRBO platform or my email. Making it very confusing. To be fair the address was sent by VRBO earlier in the week. We knew the address but had difficulty retrieving the check in code to enter. Which delayed our trip. The owner contacted us at 2:00 the day of arrival to tell us she had the heat on a program, and that we could higher it when we...

“The first floor of this house was big, clean, and had VERY comfy beds. They left us coffee, creamers, sugar, and pasta with sauce, in case we wanted those....very kind and thoughtful. This was a VERY easy place to come and relax, I hope to return with all my 4 adult kids in the fall and use the back porch and fire pit. A + rental, thank you. PS we walked to town every day and explored the pubs, cute shops, and restaurants with tasty food. YUM”

“This was our 3rd time staying at the property and it was great as usual. We couldn’t ski due to the weather but had no problem finding things to do in the area. The house is large enough to fit several families and a huge bedroom downstairs for the adult kids to hang out. I must say it would be nice if the furnace was WiFi and the owners could bump up the heat prior to our arrival as it was only 58 degrees in the house but it did heat up fairly quickly and was not a big deal.
